Barista Job Requirements
• Some Food and Beverage experience is preferred but not required. A positive attitude and enthusiastic, ambitious personality are requirements for the Barista position.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other associates.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to have fun and smile while working in a fast paced environment.
• Capable of performing physical aspects of the position such as lifting up to 40 lbs, bending, reaching and standing for an extended period of time.
