Job Responsibilities:

Job Summary:

    Administers employee benefits in all operations. As needed, provides special guidance and assistance to all locations regarding various employee benefits plans.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Yearly Benefit re-enrollment
  • Responsible for Monthly Benefits
    • Identify employees eligible for insurance
    • Process all forms upon return, notify payroll of deductions
  • Filing of all insurance forms
  • Payment of all Insurances:
    • UHC
    • SRC
    • BC/BS of Mass
  • On-line enrollment of all insurances
  • Monthly – Verification of UHC, Delta Dental, and VSP employee rosters Responsible to make changes on the insurance reports
  • Answering/investigating all questions from employees in regards to Benefits problems.
  • Mailing monthly insurance reports to General Managers to ensure employees are active, terminated, needed to be added etc.
  • Continuous updating of employee insurance changes via on-line, update insurance spreadsheets.

Working Relationships:

  • Daily interactions with employees and General Managers.

Knowledge, Skill and Ability:

  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, ADP Payroll and Reportsmith.
  • Good interpersonal skills; able to interact with diverse personalities.

Education and Experience:

  • 2+ years of related benefits experience.
