Job Responsibilities:
Job Summary:
Administers employee benefits in all operations. As needed, provides special guidance and assistance to all locations regarding various employee benefits plans.
Job Responsibilities:
- Yearly Benefit re-enrollment
- Responsible for Monthly Benefits
- Identify employees eligible for insurance
- Process all forms upon return, notify payroll of deductions
- Filing of all insurance forms
- Payment of all Insurances:
- On-line enrollment of all insurances
- Monthly – Verification of UHC, Delta Dental, and VSP employee rosters
Responsible to make changes on the insurance reports
- Answering/investigating all questions from employees in regards to Benefits problems.
- Mailing monthly insurance reports to General Managers to ensure employees are active, terminated, needed to be added etc.
- Continuous updating of employee insurance changes via on-line, update insurance spreadsheets.
Working Relationships:
- Daily interactions with employees and General Managers.
Knowledge, Skill and Ability:
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, ADP Payroll and Reportsmith.
- Good interpersonal skills; able to interact with diverse personalities.
Education and Experience:
- 2+ years of related benefits experience.
