Job Summary:
Provides administrative support to the Book Purchasing & Promotions Department with specific responsibilities assigned as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Data entry for purchase orders & database maintenance.
- Purchase order creation, transmission, confirmations, and downloading.
- General office work, including phone calls, letters, faxes & filing.
- Data entry for monthly sales analysis.
- Promotional billing, collections, and record-keeping.
