Job Duties:
- Obtains data by reviewing export orders and inventories.
- Exports product by verifying conformity of filled orders and documentation with letters of credit, foreign import and export licenses, U.S. and foreign government regulations.
- Makes export license entries by adhering to u.s. commerce department office of export administration guidelines.
- Documents exports by preparing bills of lading, export declarations, certificates of origin and related documents.
- Maintains quality results by following export standards, brokerage procedures, and regulations.
- Updates job knowledge by keeping abreast of export regulation changes.
- Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Inventory management skills, ordering and working with a team is a vital part of this position.
***Those with Canada Customs or brokerage documentation experience will be considered first.
