Job Requirements
• Bartenders prepare alcoholic drinks in Hudson establishments where drinks are served. Alcoholic drinks are made up of many combinations of ingredients, and each drink may be made in several ways. The bartender's main job is to know the standard drink recipes and be able to mix them quickly and accurately. Occasionally, customers have their own preferences or recipes for a bartender to follow.
• Some Food and Beverage experience is preferred but not required. A positive attitude and enthusiastic, ambitious personality are requirements for the Bartender position.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other associates.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to have fun and smile while working in a fast paced environment.
• Capable of performing physical aspects of the position such as lifting up to 40 lbs, bending, reaching and standing for an extended period of time.
