Job Summary:
Supports the Director of Employee and Union Relations by assisting Hudson Group employees in both corporate and retail locations,
with an emphasis on employees and labor relations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer basic questions, provide procedural and policy information, and perform routine problem resolution on various matters regarding Unions.
- Processes and reviews a wide range of incoming HR documentation.
- Responsible for New Hire Orientation and employee relations.
- Involvement in employee training programs.
- Involvement in Union grievance meetings and unemployment issues.
- Responsible for the reporting of 3/6 Unions. These include the following locations: LAX, Philadelphia Sky News, Philadelphia 68, and Harrisburg rotationally.
- Responsible for the reporting of LAX Health Insurance, Sky News Pension, Sky News Health and Welfare.
- Develop Tuition Reimbursement Program.
Knowledge, Skill and Ability:
- MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and knowledge of company payroll system.
Education and Experience:
- B.S. or B.A. in related field or equivalent experience.
